I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, awarded jointly by Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and Westford University, Dubai. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Applied Sciences from Memorial University of Newfoundland, where I built a strong foundation and gained work experience in systems engineering, embedded systems, software and web development as well as testing.
Ethnically Indian, I was raised in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, a multicultural city where I had the opportunity to interact with people from diverse cultures from a very young age. Growing up in such a rich cultural environment shaped my worldview and helped me develop an appreciation for versatility and independence. My parents encouraged me to explore a wide range of activities, and as a result, I developed interests in sports like tennis, basketball, & football, as well as in the arts such as Indian classical music, Bharatanatyam (a dance form), keyboard, drawing & oration.
Beyond academics and work, I am an adventurous person with a strong passion for travel and exploration. One of my proudest accomplishments was a road trip I took across Canada, from the East Coast to the West Coast. Driving through icy roads and braving winter storms was challenging, but it was an incredibly rewarding experience. I had the chance to visit small cities, explore local cultures and cuisines, and connect with people from different parts of the country.
At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth. Curiosity drives me to constantly explore new technologies, challenge my own perspectives, and seek innovative solutions. I believe in the power of collaboration and teamwork, as working together often leads to the most impactful results. Alongside this, I am passionate about sustainability and taking responsibility for our planet. I strive to make choices that contribute to a greener future, whether through small actions or supporting eco-conscious initiatives. I also believe in embracing differences and fostering understanding, treating others with kindness and respect, and recognizing that every individual's journey is unique, with something valuable to contribute.
I am currently exploring job opportunities in IT Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Cybersecurity. Open to relocation and holding a valid Canadian Work Permit, I'm eager to contribute my skills to a forward-thinking team while continuing to grow and evolve in these dynamic fields.
My academic foundation spans Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Computer Engineering, gained through global programs across Europe and Canada. To complement this, I'm currently pursuing certifications in IT Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Cybersecurity—broadening my expertise across both software and systems to stay future-ready in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, awarded as a joint program by three institutions: Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), Spain, Chartered Management Institute (CMI), UK, and Westford University, Dubai.
I did my Bachelor's in Computer Engineering and Applied Sciences at Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN), located in the picturesque city of St. John's, Canada. During my undergraduate years, I was an active member of many clubs and societies such as Paradigm Hyperloop, Eastern Edge Robotics, Hyperloop Paradigm, Engineers Without Borders, etc. I took part in many hackathons and engineering design competitions, winning awards in some of them. I was the Founder and President of MUN Orators Forum, a student society to help improve communication and public speaking skills. I was also a part of my university's Seahawks Tennis Team, reperesenting the Atlantic in the Canadian University Tennis Tournament.
I completed my high school studies at Abu Dhabi Indian High School, where I pursued a focus in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, and English. During my time there, I was actively involved in sports and extracurricular activities. I represented the Gulf region in India at the CBSE National Competition in both tennis and discus throw for two consecutive years. I also served as the captain of the basketball and football teams and was the sports secretary. These leadership roles helped me develop a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Additionally, I was the vice president of Canvas, the school's art club, where I contributed to showcases, including a rendition of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. My passion for communication and debate led me to the debate club, where I won multiple oratory and debate competitions, sharpening my public speaking skills.
In this hybrid corporate and on-site role, I ensured network stability in active mining environments by troubleshooting LTE equipment and automating the parsing of text files from both automated and manual machinery using Python to generate key network performance indicators. I streamlined team operations by developing automated Power BI reports, created comprehensive documentation for LTE network circuit schematics, and managed the technical testing and authorization process for Apple devices to ensure LTE compatibility.
At Memorial University, I optimized a Python-based software tool integrated with SQL databases, significantly improving data analysis and query performance for the Faculty of Engineering. I enhanced back-end API calls for faster data retrieval, redesigned the front-end for greater usability, and led bi-weekly supplemental instruction sessions for junior engineering students, ensuring alignment with course material and exam schedules.
At Audace Labs, I was responsible for testing web applications to ensure usability and reliability, writing comprehensive unit and integration test scripts to identify and resolve bugs. I served as a key liaison between non-technical clients and the development team, translating feedback into actionable tasks, and expanded my expertise in full-stack development and diverse programming paradigms.
At Port Electric Solutions, I designed and tested embedded systems for ship infrastructure using STM32 microcontrollers. My responsibilities included hands-on hardware selection, schematic design with DipTrace, and embedded code development. I also documented circuit schematics and conducted research to identify optimal microcontrollers for a range of engineering projects.
In this client-facing role, I developed responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-OS compatibility and a seamless user experience. I conducted unit and integration testing, collaborated closely with clients to gather requirements, delivered product demonstrations, and participated in design review meetings to align features with both technical feasibility and user needs.
Performed statistical analysis using SPSS to identify key drivers of customer satisfaction. Applied hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and visual reporting to derive actionable insights from survey data.
Built a machine learning pipeline to analyze social media engagement for tourism boards during COVID-19. Applied data cleaning, linguistic feature extraction, and decision tree models to identify content strategies that improved audience interaction.
Developed a hardware-based testing device for NMEA 2000 marine networks as part of a capstone project. Simulated network traffic and assessed security vulnerabilities using embedded software components.

When I'm not tinkering with tech, I'm usually chasing stories—on stage, on the field, or somewhere under an open sky.
Clear communication is just as powerful as clean code. That belief led me to start the MUN Oratory Club, a platform where students grow through debates, speeches, and impromptu speaking. What began as a small idea has grown into a community where confidence thrives and perspectives meet. I've also been part of the organizing team behind HackFrost NL, where I've helped run hackathons and career-building events that connect students, mentors, and industry professionals.
The arts have always been an important part of my life. I'm a professional Bharatanatyam dancer—a classical Indian art form that blends storytelling, rhythm, and expression into a powerful medium. It's a passion I carry forward by teaching children in my community, helping preserve the tradition while sharing its joy. Whether it's dance, design, or playing the keyboard, creative expression keeps me balanced and inspired.
Sports are my go-to reset button. Whether it's badminton, tennis, football, or volleyball, I love the energy and challenge of staying active. And when I'm not on the court, I'm outdoors—hiking coastal trails, exploring hidden coves, or out on the water jet skiing and kayaking. One of my most memorable experiences during undergrad was road-tripping from the east to the west coast of Canada, and it only deepened my love for travel, open roads, and spontaneous adventure.
Whether it's through tech, arts, or the outdoors, I'm always looking for the next way to grow—and the next great story to tell. From jet skiing across lakes to road-tripping across Canada, I'm always up for the next adventure.
